The CTLL hosted two Co-Learning Workshops in the Fall 2024 term. The workshops brought CSU Pueblo faculty, staff and students together with their campus colleagues, industry partners, and K12 teaching coaches. In these sessions, we learned what is happening with AI both on and off our campus.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly integrating into the education, government, military, and business sectors. Defining your role in the evolving landscape is crucial. With this understanding, we will explore the ethical considerations, governance challenges, and development opportunities surrounding AI. Dan Baker is a Teaching Associate Professor in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department and teaches in the department full time. He is one of the primary instructors for both the on-campus and online sections of Engineering Mechanics: Statics and Engineering Mechanics: Dynamics. He is a passionate learner and works to optimize student learning through interactive learning activities, targeted assessments, and elevating student motivation.
